Central Australia
Beginning at your local club/meeting point, we'll hop on a bus to your closest major airport. From here, a flight to Adelaide will have us on the ground and in the thick of it. Passing through Port Wakefield, and Snowtown, we will be well on our way to Port Augusta for our first night on tour.
The next few days will see us exploring iconic towns and attractions, including Coober Pedy, famous for its opals and sub-surface establishments, as we make our way to the Red Centre. By day four, we've come to the end of an unassuming road, to take in the spectacular sights of Uluru.
Uluru will be our focus for the next 24 hours, returning from our resort accommodation to see this natural beauty in varying light and conditions, including sunset, and sunrise. We'll also take in some incredible rock art, and Kata-Tjuta (The Olgas). We will also enjoy a unique outback dinner experience - The Sounds of Silence - with sparkling wine, delectable canapes, and a BBQ feast of authentic Australian delicacies. This is followed by a beautiful stargazing experience.
Though sad to be leaving such an incredible place, we must continue on to Alice Springs. Once we've arrived at the heart of the Red Centre, we will use it as a base to venture out into the MacDonnell Ranges, and take in fascinating educational experiences at the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and other museums.
At the conclusion of this trip, you'll surely be left satisfied with your incredible Central Australia experience.
